Lacrosse is one of the hardest sports in America to follow. The games are scattered across four streaming services, the best instruction is buried on YouTube, and nobody has ever put it all in one place. This is that place.
Bookmark this page. There is very little writing on it on purpose — it is a directory. Scroll to what you need, click the link, go.
It is built from a decade of links I have collected for my own players, organized the way a family actually uses them. Every section stands on its own.
1. What to watch, season by season
The single most confusing thing about following this sport is that there is always lacrosse on, but never in the same place twice. Here is the year.
| Season | What is on | Where |
|---|---|---|
| FALL Sept–Nov |
College fall ball and scrimmages · club circuit tournaments · continental qualifiers for the 2028 Olympics run Sept–Dec 2026 | School athletic sites · World Lacrosse YouTube |
| WINTER Dec–Mar |
NLL indoor season — the best lacrosse on television in winter · NCAA season opens in February | NLL · ESPN+ |
| SPRING Feb–May |
NCAA men’s and women’s seasons · Texas high school season · NCAA Championship Weekend over Memorial Day · NLL playoffs | ESPN family · NCAA.com |
| SUMMER May–Sept |
PLL season · Women’s Lacrosse League · Vail Shootout · Lake Placid · Canadian Mann Cup chase | ESPN family · PLL |

Nothing on this page is behind a paywall except where it says so. The rulebooks are free. The instruction is mostly free. The best documentary about this sport is on YouTube for nothing.
The barrier in lacrosse has never been access to information. It has been that nobody ever put it in one place. Now somebody has.
