How the league works

Games, Not Drill Lines

Youth lacrosse players in a full-field game with a coach on the sideline in San Antonio

Players are divided by age, size and skill level across separate fields, so they are matched up with athletes who are at a similar level. Multiple games run at the same time, while coaches work the sidelines, teaching decision-making, spacing, positioning, and lacrosse IQ in real-time game situations rather than through a lecture.

We create balanced teams on the spot, run a quick warm-up, and go right into the games. This isn’t a skills session — it’s preseason lacrosse designed to have your athlete or team ready for the spring season. Just like the pros play preseason games before the games start counting, your player takes real game reps before they step under the lights in the spring. The goal is simple: play, compete, learn, and be ready when the season begins.

Real game reps

Want to play better on game day? Your athlete can take more live reps in six Saturdays here than they may see across the entire spring season.

Bring a friend

Play Together, Improve Together

Lacrosse is more fun with a friend on the field. Invite a teammate, a neighbor, or a buddy from school, sign up for the same Saturday, and we will do our best to put them on the same team so they play the whole morning side by side.

Friends push each other. They talk more, they look for each other on the field, and that is where team chemistry starts. It is also the easiest way for a first-time player to try lacrosse — walking onto the field next to someone they already know.
